Apparantly all it really takes to land an Eastern European woman

is being relatively sober and not live in your parent's basement.

Apparently, American men can do quite well over there with the local women. The local men seem to be overwhelmingly drunk and unemployed.

So a dude who is a 4 in the US becomes about a 7 or 8 over there as long as he is sober.
